EDS and Hypermobility Care and Training
About Jonathan
I’m Jonathan Parr, a physical therapist and founder of PARR PT, specializing exclusively in hypermobility-related conditions, complex movement disorders, and autonomic dysfunction. Over the last 16 years, I’ve worked with thousands of individuals living with EDS, HSD, and chronic instability patterns. I’m also an American Ninja Warrior finalist and have worked with Olympic and elite-level athletes, bringing a deep understanding of biomechanics and strength training to hypermobile bodies. My approach integrates biomechanics, nervous-system regulation, and research-based strength progressions designed specifically for hypermobility — not generic exercise templates.
This course was created to give you the structure, clarity, and confidence you’ve been missing. It breaks down the exact framework I use clinically to help clients improve joint stability, reduce flare-ups, regulate their nervous system, and build durable, sustainable strength with minimal risk injury.

Our Proof
Rebecka (Brazil)
I struggled with low back pain for years. After months of generic PT with no results, PARR approached my case differently, giving me a full assessment and a custom online program I could follow from Brazil. I finally got results that in-person therapy couldn’t give me!
Vlad (Belarus)
PARR helped me get rid of my lower back and sciatica pain. After a virtual consult, PARR built a personalized program and kept me on track with weekly coaching calls to monitor progress and adjust as needed. I’ve seen many PTs, massage therapists, and chiropractors, no one compares to PARR!
Michelle (UK)
I’ve had hEDS since I was little and struggled with fatigue, dizziness, and low strength. Parr created a personalized program that improved my alignment, coordination, and posture. I wasn’t put in a box by my symptoms, and it was empowering to build strength I never thought possible.
Ruth (UK)
I sought help from PARR all the way in London, UK for knee pain and tendinitis after other therapy hadn’t worked. The exercises were completely new, and the video format of the program made them easy to follow. The program has been far superior than seeing a therapist locally.
Nick (UK)
I came to PARR due to repetitive strain injuries from decades as a professional musician and was desperate for help. I was given access to exercise videos and have had great success with them. Unlike the crude paper handouts I’d received in the past, the videos were clear, easy to follow, and incredibly helpful.
Rivka (UK)
After dealing with hypermobility and trying hundreds of practitioners over more than a decade, nothing provided lasting relief until I found PARR. The program was tailored specifically to my body, and my pain improved with every step. I now live without pain and finally feel like a normal person again.
